This privacy policy explains how Chiron Intelligence LLC ("Remnants", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through this website. Remnants prepares and licenses business data for AI companies, and the contact form is the first point of contact.

When you send the contact form we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, work email, phone number with country code, company, website, your connection to the data, the type of records you hold, the systems they live in, whether those records contain personal data, and how you heard about us.

We also keep any messages you send us while we handle your enquiry.

03What we do not collect

This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers, does not set tracking cookies, and does not run a newsletter list. We only hold what you actively send us.

04How we use your information

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, give you a free ballpark figure for your records, assess whether the service is a fit, and agree the scope of any work. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with advertisers.

05Your business data

You never email us your data. When preparation begins, records transfer into a secure, access-controlled cloud workspace where all the work happens, never onto local machines or laptops. Every transfer, access and change is recorded in a full audit trail, so there is a complete record of who touched what and when. Nothing moves without your written sign off.

Personal and sensitive material is removed from any dataset before it is prepared for licensing, and re-identification risks are assessed as part of the work.

06Where your information is stored

Enquiries are stored in our securely hosted backend. Access is limited to the people handling your enquiry, and preparation work happens in one secure, access-controlled cloud workspace with a full audit trail — never on local machines.

07How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any work that follows it, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

08Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Send any request through the contact form and we will respond. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
